This section is here to help answer any questions you may have related to the order process with Fash Pash. But if at anytime you have a question that you wanted answered please talk to our customer service team via Chat, Email, or by calling us at (855) 844 FASH.

How can I place my order?
You can send it to us telepathically but we prefer you place your order online through our website. You can add products to your cart by going to the product page and selecting the Add to Cart button. After you add an item to your cart our intellishopping system will give you suggestions on other items that will work great with your chosen item. You can add on of the items shown, contine shopping by clicking outside the suggestion window, or move to complete your order by selecting the checkout button. Once you select checkout you will be taken to your cart to review your order, here you can update any of the items that you have in your cart. Once you are satisfied with your orer select checkout from the cart and you will be taken to a screen where you can enter your shipping information and complete payment for your order. If at anytime during the shopping or checkout process you have any questions feel free to shoot us a chat request or a phone call. If for some reason you cannot place your order via our website we accept orders over the phone as well.

How can I pay for my order?
If we could we would accept IOU's but right now we only accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal.

What if I need to change my order?
If your order has not been shipped we may still be able to make changes to your order. You will need to contact our customer service team during normal business hours via live chat or by phone. 

What if I want to send a gift from Fash Pash?
You want to send a gift to Fash Pash? How nice, you can send it to...oh you want to send a gift FROM Fash Pash. Still so nice! We have a few options for you. You can order the items you would like for the giftee and ship them directly to them or you can send them a Fash Pash Gift Certificate.

What if an item is out of stock?
Our system is set up so that it will show you the quantity of any item that will be backordered when you place the order. You can place the order and get the item as soon as we get it back in stock. If for any reason the item you order is discontinued you can get a full refund for the cost of the item, keep the funds as a Fash Pash credit, or choose another item at the same cost to replace the item that was discontinued.

Do I have to creat an account to place an order?
We offer the option to checkout without creating an account. But remember with every purchase you earn Fash Pash Rewards Points and if you do not create an account you will not be able to earn those rewards points in your account. The points as they accumulate can be used towards gift certificates that can be sent to friends or used by you to get money off a purchase or even get an item for free. So sign up when you checkout and start on the way to FREE JEWELRY!

How do I check the status of my order?
You can log into your account at anytime and go to the my orders section and search for any orders that you have placed with us to see if they have been processed or shipped. You will always get an order confirmation email from us with your order number so you can alway get in touch with our customer service team via email, chat, or by phone and they will be more then happy to let you know what the status of your order is.

Do you price match?
Sometimes we showcase jewelry designed by other boutiques on our website if one of these exact products is available somewhere else for cheaper we will gladly match the price at the time of purchse and even up to 30 days after you purchase the item from us.
