What is your return policy?
You may return any items purchased from Fash Pash for a full refund with in 30 days of purchase. After which items may be returned up to 90 days for a merchandise credit (which may be issued in the form of a gift certificate). After 90 days items cannot be returned. Returns or exchanges are accepted only on unworn items in resalable condition (excludes all sale and final sale items). If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back in any way, the item will NOT be accepted back. Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied with a purchase receipt. If any item is not returned in its original packaging, the return is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any refunds will be minus selected shipping charges. If a customer wishes to recieve merchandise credit for an item returned during the 30 day return window instead of a refund, the customer will receive a $5.95 credit for shipping in the form of a merchandise credit to their account. We do not accept returns on Gift Certificates. 

What if I need to change my order?
If your order has not been shipped we may still be able to make changes to your order. You will need to contact our customer service team during normal business hours via live chat, email, or by phone. If your order has shipped then you will need to place a new order and return the old order back to us once you receive it.

How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not 100 percent satisfied with any purchase, you can log into your account and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) by going to the My Orders section of your account and selecting the item you wish to return. Once you have received an approved RMA we will send you a return shipping label to mail the merchandise back to us free of charge. Just pack the item in the original gift box and place that in the shipping box that you received your order in if it is usable, otherwise you will need to provide a box for your return.

How do I return a gift?
You can return a gift within 90 days by calling our customer service team during normal business hours and our team will process and exchange or return. All gifts that request a refund will receive the refund in the form of a store merchandise credit for the amount of the gift.

How are returns handled during the holiday season?
Our 30 day money back policy still applies during the holiday period. The holiday period is considered to be from November 1st till December 31st. Orders placed or items received as gifts during the holiday season can only be returned for an excange or a merchandise credit until January 31st regardless of the date that they were purchased.
